The unit conversion assistant is meant to provide very quick access to a toll that helps convert between US Customary Units and the Metric System. Currently, the app supports Length, Area, Volume, Weight (Mass in the metric system), and Temperature. I created this app because i do a substantial amount of woodworking and so many tools in the US are still calibrated for non-Metric units. The Mac version loads as a Menu bar so it is always handy for use at a click.
